Acara kuliah tamu dan penandatanganan MoU Teknik Elektro Universitas Trunojoyo Madura  adalah acara kuliah tamu pertama kali yang diadakan jurusan Teknik Elektro, acara tersebut bertemakan Peran Teknik Elektro Bagi Dunia Industri dengan pembicara Goh Yih Hsiung (Asean Sales Manager National Instrument) dari Singapore dan Bapak Prof.Dr.(Eng.) Ir.Imam Robandi (Guru Besar Teknik Elektro ITS).
Dalam acara tersebut berisikan tentang pengenalan jurusan baru yaitu, jurusan Teknik Elektro dan juga disisipkan dengan  MoU antara  Teknik Elektro Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dengan Pihak National instruments salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam developer Software industri dari Singapore. Kerja sama antara kedua belah pihak bertujuan dalam membangun Teknik Elektro Universitas Trunoyo Madura untuk menjadi lebih baik.

Dalam acara tersebut juga dihadiri oleh Pembantu Rektor Tiga dan beliau mengucapkan selamat atas berdirinya jurusan baru Teknik Elektro di kampus Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Dalam sesi terakhir diisi oleh guru besar dari ITS yaitu Bapak Imam Robandi untuk memberi motifasi terhadap mahasiswa teknik elektro  bahwa kedepanya Teknik Elektro akan banyak dibutuhkna di dunia Industri.
Harapan dari Teknik Elektro Universitas Trunojoyo Madura dengan diadakanya acara kuliah tamu dengan mendatangkan pembicara- pembicara besar dari luar tersebut, akan dapat menumbuhakan semangat dan motivasi terhadap mahasiswanya walaupun Prodi Teknik Elektro termasuk jurusan baru di Universitas Trunojoyo Madura akan dapat berkembang lebih baik lagi dan akan menyaingi jurusan – jurusan terdahulunya.
